This was a ocean themed party. There was a variety of flavors in this arrangement including strawberry and orange creamsicle.
This darling white wooden wagon made these the perfect treat for the birthday boy and all his guests. The wagon held 3 dozen pops and each one was accented with blue organza ribbon. Even the birthday boy got his own pop to chew on!
